Once your date is secured with a contract and deposit, we’ll kick things off with an onboarding call. We’ll walk you through the next steps, introduce you to your planning portal, and remind you we’re here whenever you need us—just an email away! The journey to your big day begins, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Great question! While your venue coordinator focuses on the logistics of the venue and ensures their space is set up and runs smoothly. However, they typically aren't responsible for overseeing your entire wedding day including managing your timeline, overseeing décor, and coordinating with external vendors. As your dedicated wedding coordinator, we step in to take care of everything beyond the venue.
