Planning Process:

• 3 meetings including initial consultation, take over meeting and a rehearsal/site visit

• 4 week takeover of vendor communication, planning and logistics of the wedding so you can relax leading up to the big day

• Access to our exclusive planning portal with documents curated for clients including checklists, budget management and more

• Access to our list of preferred vendors

• Detailed and comprehensive timeline for day of

• Floor plan design if needed

• Rehearsal coordination (if necessary)

• Vendor management takeover to coordinate set up and arrival times

• Unlimited email and phone correspondence during the 4 week takeover

Wedding Day:

• Complete set up and take down of all personal decor items

• Vendor management including arrival, set up and pick up times

• Timeline management to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible

• Up to 8 hours of on site management including coordination of ceremony, post ceremony plans and reception

• Supervise ceremony and reception set up as per clients instructions

• Coordinate ceremony including music cueing, processional and recessional

• Ensure you and your families can relax and enjoy the day while we take care of all the details
